Chapel Midden Laboratory Experience! Archaeology at Historic Spanish Point, Fridays in February
Historic Spanish Point would like to invite you to experience the scientific process of archaeological analysis. On Friday afternoons in February from 1:00pm-4:00pm Historic Spanish Point staff and volunteers will partner with members of Time Sifters to process displaced midden material from the Chapel Midden. New discoveries will be made as we sift, sort, identify, and catalog the remnants of this fascinating culture. Read more in this month's newsletter. Cost is free but reservations are required. For more information and to make your reservation please contact Kara Pallin, Program Director kara@historicspanishpoint.org or 941-966-5214 Ext. 260.

Each of these students presented an archaeology paper which showed an advanced level of maturity and uncompromising ability of research. We were delighted to have all three of these students give their power point presentation to our February 16th. meeting.
