Highlights of some of the archaeological discoveries and events around the world in 2017. It will include the discovery of a colossal statue in a Cairo slum; a prehistoric “Masterpiece” found in Greece; an Inca Citadel in Peru; the No. 3 Horse and Chariot pit in China; the USS Indianapolis and a 1932 MG J2 Roadster. He also highlights seven of the 18 new World Heritage Sites.
